"£10 licence to smoke' proposed" on BBC World

These people are really crazy!

In UK is, anyway, one of the greatest taxation on smoking. Soon enough it will be a tax to pay for every cigarette or, maybe, one will need to ask permission from the authorities for every single cigarette!
It will be quite funny to observe immigration based on smoking bans! :)

Citeam pe Hotnews rezultatele un studiu Eurostat preluat din The Guardian in care se analiza dispersia bogatiei in Europa si cica centul Londrei, cu alde Abramovici si alti magnati, ar fi cea mai bogata zona din UE. Ce m-a amuzat si nu am vazut comentat pe Hotnews e unul din comentariile celor de la The Guardian, si anume:
"The EU's statistical office said that GDP per inhabitant in inner London in 2005 was more than three times the EU average or 303% - compared with the lowest of 24% in north-eastern Romania."
Asadar Moldovioara noastra e cea mai saraca zona din UE. Sub orice zona din Bulgaria, de pilda. Sincer, nici nu mai stiu cum sa comentez asta... Departe de mine gandul ca ar fi momentul sa ma dau nationalist si ma iau putin de gulere cu The Guardian sau Eurostat! Nici nu-mi sta in fire si as fi si penibil negand niste cifre care reprezinta o stare de fapt!
Dar, in mod ciudat, nu ma surprind aceste cifre...
